SHIPPING and RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We use Standard Postage through Australia Post with a rate of $9.95 for orders within Australia and $19.95 for International orders.

Delivery depends on where your parcel is being shipped to, however below is an approximate time frame:

Within Australia: 2-6 business days
International: 5-14 days

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you're shipping to. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance; Amadia has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Return and Exchange Policy
We only accept returns if the product is faulty, in which case we must be notified by email within 5 business days of receiving your product. We do require pictures of any fault to be attached to the email so we are able to verify.

We will reply to your email with a Unique Return Paid Number, which you will use at the Post Office for free return shipping.

Once we have received the parcel, we will contact you to arrange the details of any refund or exchange.
